Senior Commercial Executive Role

Summary:

The Senior Commercial Executive role involves maintaining, expanding, and enhancing commercial engagement with clients. This includes identifying and developing new business opportunities within the industry, building strong client relationships, and managing the company's brand.

This position reports to the Head of Commercial and works closely with operations teams across the organization.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to understand industry trends and performance metrics.
  2. Coordinate pre-sales, professional services, and support resources to drive successful solutions for customers.
  3. Nurture existing customer relationships and identify potential new contacts.
  4. Manage and develop the customer contact database using tools like Salesforce.
  5. Develop and draft contracts for scheduled and unscheduled airlines, including quotations for ad hoc flights and other services.
  6. Oversee internal and external communication and publications.
  7. Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum Diploma from a recognized tertiary institution.
  2. At least 2 years of commercial/sales experience.
  3. Understanding of drafting commercial contracts.
  4. Preferences: experience in the Aviation or Aerospace industries.
  5. Preferences: experience in key account management and events management.
