About the Role

As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our client base.

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Executive to lead our sales strategy and generate leads through various channels. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in software sales, with experience working with international clients.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing a sales strategy that meets and exceeds targets;
  • Building and maintaining relationships with existing and new clients;
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities;
  • Collaborating with marketing to enhance lead generation and conversion rates;
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a sales strategy that aligns with company goals and objectives.
  2. Lead Generation: Generate leads through various channels, including social media, freelance platforms, and referrals.
  3. Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  4. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a sales team, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their targets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field;
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in software sales, with a proven track record of success;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines;
  • Proficient in English for communication and documentation.

Working Conditions

  • Work mode: Onsite - Full Time;
  • Location: Karachi;
  • Timings: Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 18:00 (Morning Shift) or Monday to Friday, 20:00 to 03:00 (Night Shift, Hybrid).
