About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Instore Manager to lead our customer development efforts and drive sales growth in the designated account.

As an Instore Manager, you will be responsible for managing the customer and trade operations to ensure effective distribution and customer satisfaction.

You will work closely with the Key Account Manager to develop joint business plans and negotiate agreements with customers.

The ideal candidate will have strong business acumen, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to analyze financial data and make informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales growth and improve competitive visibility in stores
  • Coordinate distributor and customer operational plans
  • Negotiate joint business plans with customers
  • Analyze financial data to inform business decisions
  • Lead and develop an extended team of Field Merchandising Managers
  • Maintain high standards of customer service and satisfaction

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • 1-4 years of experience in FMCG sales and distribution
  • Strong business and financial acumen
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to analyze financial data and make informed decisions
