Establish Strategic Partnerships and Drive Business Growth
We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead our tendering and institutional sales efforts across various departments. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience in handling pre-tender activities, departmental coordination, and complete tender documentation.
Key Responsibilities:- Engage with representatives and key decision-makers through regular visits to departments
- Identify pre-tender opportunities and obtain inquiries from relevant departments
- Collaborate with internal teams to prepare budgetary quotations and conduct market research
- Source solutions and maintain relationships with end users, procurement officials, and senior staff members
- Complete tender documentation and ensure timely submission
- 4-5 years of experience in institutional or tender-based sales
- Minimum Bachelor's degree (Engineering or Business preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with tender portals such as SAP Ariba, e-Pads, and other e-procurement platforms
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
