About the Role:
The Hotel Administration Leader will be responsible for managing the front office operations, ensuring excellent guest experiences and efficient operational processes. This role requires a dynamic individual with strong leadership skills and a passion for hospitality.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead Guest Services: Deliver exceptional guest satisfaction by maintaining high service standards.
- Develop Team Members: Foster a positive work environment, lead, mentor, and develop front desk staff.
- Ensure Operational Efficiency: Oversee daily front desk operations, ensuring seamless coordination and efficient workflow.
- Manage Financial Performance: Monitor financial performance, manage front office budgets, and implement strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Optimize Reservation Management: Oversee guest reservations, ensuring accuracy and optimal room allocation.
- Maintain Compliance and Safety: Ensure all front office operations comply with local regulations and industry standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in front office management within the hotel industry
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in hotel management software and systems
- In-depth knowledge of industry trends and best practices
