Job Description

A seasoned professional is required to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
  • Nurture a positive work environment that fosters productivity and collaboration.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment and selection processes.
  • Oversee and manage performance appraisal systems that drive high performance.
  • Administer pay plans and benefits programs that meet organizational needs.
  • Assess training needs and apply relevant training programs.
  • Provide decision support through HR metrics and analytics.
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as an HR manager or executive with strong leadership skills.
  • Results-driven individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrable experience with human resources metrics and analysis.
  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
  • Ability to architect strategies and develop business cases.
  • Competence in building and managing interpersonal relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor law and best practices in human resources.
