- Demonstrable experience with human resources metrics and analysis.
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
- Ability to architect strategies and develop business cases.
- Competence in building and managing interpersonal relationships at all levels of the organization.
- In-depth knowledge of labor law and best practices in human resources.
This role requires strong leadership and communication skills to ensure successful implementation of HR strategies and initiatives.
