Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Karachi. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing the HR department, developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives, managing recruitment and selection processes, and fostering a positive work environment. The role involves ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations, handling employee relations, benefits, training and development programs, and driving performance management processes.

  • Employee Relations, Benefits Management, and Labor Law Compliance
  • Training and Development, Performance Management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong organizational and management skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 5+ years of HR management experience
  • Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
