Job Overview

The Program Manager is responsible for coordinating daily operational activities related to office, technology, and industrial growth initiatives.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Evaluate project compliance with relevant internal and external standards.
  2. Develop, implement, and evaluate program goals, objectives, and activities focused on business expansion.
  3. Act as a liaison between the organization and university, college, and other third-party resources.
  4. Promote programs to clients and respond to inquiries from stakeholders.
  5. Assist in planning and monitoring program performance.
  6. Conduct research to identify emerging needs, trends, and services related to recruitment and location of incubator clients.
  7. Design marketing materials to increase public awareness of program offerings.
Requirements
  1. Knowledge of business incubation programs, research methods, and applicable federal, state, and local regulations.
  2. Ability to network, recruit users, and develop customized proposals.
