Business Development Executive / Sales Coordinator – Sales


Description

This role plays a critical part in driving sales of services and solutions to clients. The position involves identifying potential sales opportunities, engaging with clients to understand their needs, and offering tailored services that meet those needs.


Duties
  • Identify and engage customers for sales events.
  • Coordinate event organization with vendors.
  • Send invitations to customers and vendors.
  • Schedule appointments for senior sales team members with qualified leads.
  • Perform administrative tasks and support the sales team.
  • Assist in resolving client pain points with the help of Account Managers.
  • Prepare sales presentations and proposals.
  • Participate in sales meetings, bid meetings, and follow-up activities.
  • Review RFP/tender documents to understand client requirements.
  • Create business proposals, including executive summaries, technical solutions, and pricing strategies.
  • Review proposals to address potential issues.
  • Develop and maintain an RFP response process for timely submissions.
  • Support the sales team in operational issue resolution and customer inquiries.
  • Manage and update lead databases.
  • Follow up on payments.

Requirements

This role requires:

Understanding of the IT services and solutions landscape; ability to articulate service benefits and negotiate; comfort with IT concepts; capable of handling multiple clients and projects.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related field; proven sales experience in IT or technology; minimum 1-2 years of proven experience.
