Outbound Lead Generation Specialist

We are seeking a results-driven individual to take on the role of Outbound Lead Generation Specialist. In this position, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential leads through outbound prospecting efforts.

  • This includes conducting cold calls, emails, social media outreach, and other relevant channels to generate new business opportunities.
  • You will collaborate with the sales team to refine lead generation strategies and optimize outreach campaigns.
  • An essential part of this role is staying up-to-date on industry trends, competitors, and company offerings to effectively communicate value propositions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting thorough research to identify decision-makers within target companies.
  • Maintaining accurate records in CRM systems to track and manage leads throughout the sales funnel.
  • Cultivating relationships with qualified leads and setting up meetings between them and Account Executives or Sales Representatives.

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in outbound lead generation, sales, or business development.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse individuals.
  • Proficiency in email outreach, LinkedIn networking, and cold calling techniques.
  • A goal-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding lead generation targets.
