About Us:

Motive is seeking a highly organized and results-driven individual to fill the role of CS SMB Retention (Spanish). In this position, you will play a critical part in preserving long-term customer satisfaction by developing and implementing strategies to retain high-value accounts.

Key responsibilities include identifying signals of at-risk accounts, collaborating with internal teams to remediate, and ensuring successful renewals. Additionally, you will handle large volumes of phone conversations and email inquiries in both English and Spanish.

To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in Spanish language is required, along with experience working on multiple queues bilingually. Strong listening and problem-solving skills are also essential.
