Sales and Business Development Role

We are looking for a talented Sales professional to join our team as a Deputy Manager Sales. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing key accounts, and executing sales strategies to achieve business objectives.

Main Responsibilities
  • Sales Growth: Identify and develop new business opportunities in the industrial and commercial sectors to drive sales growth.
  • Account Management: Manage and grow existing key accounts through regular client engagement and support.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and market penetration.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, including LV switchgear, MCCs, control panels, and related systems.
  • Negotiation: Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients in line with company policies.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field; MBA in Marketing/Sales is a plus.
  • Experience: 4–7 years of B2B sales experience in electrical products, with a focus on low-voltage switchgear.
  • Technical Skills: Strong understanding of LV switchgear, MCCs, control panels, and related systems.
  • Sales Skills: Proven ability to close large industrial deals and manage long sales cycles.
