This role is an excellent opportunity to utilize your research and analytical skills in a commission-based setting.

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to source and sign up experts for our clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for sending emails, messaging potential candidates on LinkedIn, and reviewing expert profiles for client projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sending emails to experts via Zoho to introduce them to new opportunities
  2. Reaching out to potential candidates on LinkedIn to gauge their interest in working with our clients
  3. Reviewing and sourcing expert profiles to match client project requirements

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 0-2 years of experience in lead generation or recruitment (fresh graduates encouraged)
  • An active LinkedIn account with a strong network of at least 100 connections
  • Availability to dedicate a minimum of 8 hours per day to this role, with flexibility in scheduling

Benefits:

This commission-based role offers a competitive earning potential based on the number of credits earned. A credit is earned when an expert completes the following process:

  1. The expert signs up through our website
  2. The expert completes any required screening/introductory questions
  3. The expert is submitted to a client for consideration by the project coordinator
  4. The client books a call with the expert, which is completed within 60 minutes

Earnings are calculated as follows: $3 per expert submission, with additional earnings for each credit earned. For example, 30 expert submissions would result in $90, while 10 credits would earn $30.

Work Commitment:

To meet targets, you must commit to dedicating a minimum of 8 hours per day to this role. Timing is flexible, but consistent effort is required.
