Job Opportunity:
Sisco is a leading provider of building materials, and we are seeking a highly motivated Field Sales Executive to join our team. As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, promoting and selling our products, and building strong relationships with existing clients.
About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for a sales professional who is passionate about delivering results-driven solutions to customers. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in sales, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Promote and sell Sisco's building materials to prospective clients, highlighting the benefits of our products and solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and grow revenue.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities, providing valuable insights for product development.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Prior sales experience in the building materials industry.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
