Job Title: Personal Assistant Manager

We are looking for a skilled and organized individual to serve as a personal assistant manager. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact between the manager and internal/external clients
  • Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence efficiently
  • Handle requests and queries appropriately in a timely manner
  • Manage complex schedules and make travel arrangements as needed
  • Take accurate dictation and minutes during meetings
  • Source office supplies and materials
  • Produce high-quality reports, presentations, and briefs
  • Maintain an efficient and organized office filing system
  • Coordinate with clients and stakeholders to ensure smooth business operations

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as a personal assistant or manager in a similar industry
  • Excellent knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and English language skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload effectively
