The Field Management Trainee role is a dynamic opportunity to develop strong, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned channel accounts.
Key Responsibilities- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with clients to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Identify and develop new sales channels while ensuring the growth of existing ones.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive performance objectives and expectations.
- Achieve assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in designated accounts.
- Lead joint partner planning processes to establish shared goals and critical milestones.
- Analyze market trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Routinely assess and validate the needs of assigned channels.
- Promote adoption of company programs among assigned channels.
- Monitor sales performance in assigned accounts.
- Masters degree (preferred)
- At least 1 year of experience in channel sales (preferred)
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work under pressure and train team members
Communication: Build trust and rapport with clients and colleagues
Problem-Solving: Identify and address challenges in sales channels
Negotiation: Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes
Team Leadership: Develop and motivate team members to achieve sales targets
