The Sales Team Lead role is a critical position within the organization, responsible for achieving sales and revenue targets.
This role requires a unique blend of sales, marketing, and leadership skills, as well as the ability to manage and motivate a team of sales professionals.
Responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing sales strategies to drive growth
- Leading and managing a team of sales professionals to achieve business objectives
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers
A bachelor's degree in Engineering and an MBA from a reputable university, combined with at least 8 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in industrial lubricants or related industries, is required.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience managing B2B sales teams, strong selling and negotiation skills, and excellent communication and presentation skills.
