Customer Relations Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled and confident individual to join our team as a Customer Relations Executive.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Making daily follow-up calls to potential clients from social media ads, YouTube campaigns, WhatsApp, website inquiries, and landing pages.
  • Providing product information in a clear and convincing manner.
  • Qualifying leads and updating status (retailer, dealer, end-user).
  • Maintaining daily records in Excel or CRM.
  • Collaborating closely with the Sales and Service teams for updates and coordination.
  • Ensuring every lead is followed up and properly tracked until conversion.
  • Sharing client feedback for future marketing improvements.
  • Preparing weekly follow-up and conversion status reports.

Candidate Requirements:

  • A female candidate based in Karachi.
  • Strong verbal communication skills (Urdu & English).
  • Prior experience in telemarketing, telesales, or customer service preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Experience in solar, battery, or energy-related products is a plus.
