Learning and Development Specialist

The Learning and Development Specialist plays a vital role in driving organizational capability building by designing, delivering, and evaluating company-wide learning initiatives. This position fosters a culture of continuous development and supports the achievement of business objectives.

  • Develop and implement learning programs that align with organizational talent and capability needs.
  • Manage the Oracle Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring content accuracy, user support, and compliance with learning processes.
  • Maintain and update learning dashboards and metrics to inform leadership decision-making and program effectiveness evaluation.
  • Design and deliver training sessions, providing support for internal trainers and external vendors.
  • Conduct learning needs analysis and contribute to the creation of annual learning calendars.
  • Promote a learning culture and support diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) related development initiatives, ensuring inclusive participation and representation.
  • Collect participant feedback and measure program effectiveness to drive continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational learning policies and governance frameworks.

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 4-7 years of relevant experience in learning & development, training coordination, or HR programs.
  • Experience in LMS administration (Oracle preferred) and reporting dashboards is highly desirable.
  • Certification in instructional design, training facilitation, or DEI is an advantage.

This position requires strong analytical, communication, and project management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
