Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Deployment Specialist to support our team in managing deployment projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating SCM activities, processing budgets and invoices, and liaising with vendors and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and monitor departmental budgets, generating monthly reports for management review.
  • Liaise with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of new rollout projects.
  • Issue purchase orders and capitalize CAPEX budgets as per monthly plans.
  • Finalize statements of work in coordination with relevant stakeholders and follow up with SCM for new and renewed agreements.
  • Initiate payment requests as per defined KPIs and follow up with procurement for purchase order issuance.
  • Handle service contracts invoices/payments of rollout and logistics as per agreement terms.
  • Record data with supporting documents for future reference.

Requirements

Our ideal candidate should have a financial background with 3-4 years' work experience in a relevant field. They must possess effective communication and reporting skills, exceptional problem-solving skills, strong analytical skills, vendor management skills, ability to work under pressure, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
