Job Opportunity

As a Proposal Coordinator, you will play a key role in developing and submitting high-quality proposals that showcase our capabilities. Your primary responsibilities include:

  • Developing proposal outlines and schedules.
  • Collaborating with the team to ensure timely submission of proposals.
  • Organizing proposals with related documents and updates.
  • Maintaining document compliance with RFP criteria.
  • Editing and reviewing text for consistency and readability.
  • Compiling information from various sources to generate cohesive proposals.
  • Assisting in updating bid spreadsheets and composing bid content.
  • Monitoring changes to solicitations and adjusting work accordingly.
Key Requirements
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office, Word, and Excel.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently and handle multiple proposals simultaneously.
