Job Description:

  • We are looking for an
    Accounts Executive
    to join our finance team. The ideal candidate should have at least 6 months of relevant accounting experience and a strong understanding of financial operations. This role will support daily accounting functions, assist in financial reporting, and ensure accuracy in record-keeping.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting tasks
  • Record and reconcile transactions in accounting software
  • Assist in preparation of monthly financial reports
  • Support accounts payable and receivable functions
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
  • Assist in cash flow management and petty cash handling
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
  • Support the senior finance team in audits and other financial matters

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Minimum
    6 months of relevant experience
    in accounts/finance
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (QuickBooks/ERP preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
