Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Employee Engagement Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for addressing payroll-related queries, assisting employees with concerns, and ensuring a seamless experience in a fast-paced, high-intensity environment. You must possess strong customer support skills, particularly in voice campaigns, with a focus on US-based customers. The ideal candidate will demonstrate expertise in MS Office tools, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, and have a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support and address payroll-related queries, ensuring timely and accurate responses to employees' concerns.
  • Assist employees with a variety of issues, including payroll discrepancies, benefits, and general HR inquiries.
  • Manage and resolve employee concerns efficiently while maintaining a high level of professionalism and empathy.
  • Communicate effectively with employees in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Document and track all employee interactions accurately using internal systems and databases.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure all inquiries are resolved in a timely manner.
  • Handle inquiries related to USA timekeeping, per-hour contracts, invoicing, and portal management.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • Strong customer support skills, with prior experience in a high-intensity environment, ideally in US-based voice campaigns.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Experience handling payroll-related queries and issues, with a focus on US payroll practices.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining attention to detail and professionalism.
  • Previous work experience interacting with US-based customers or voice campaigns.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with US labor laws and policies.
  • Knowledge of US tax terms and processes.
  • Experience with USA timekeeping systems, per-hour contracts, invoicing, and portal management.
