Customer Service Executive

We are looking for a "Customer Service Executive" to join our team at Square One Mall. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting shoppers with inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience at the mall.
Key Responsibilities:-
-Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
-Provide information about stores, promotions, events, and mall services.-Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback efficiently.
-Assist in lost and found services.
-Manage customer service desks and maintain a clean, organized space.
-Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and concerns.
Requirements:-
-At least intermediate and preferably graduate.
-Previous experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality preferred.
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to handle complaints and resolve issues effectively.
-Flexibility to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
-A positive and customer
-focused attitude.
