Customer Service Executive

Job Summary:
Idealancy is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Customer Service Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless customer communication, primarily focusing on confirming customer orders via phone calls and providing efficient support across digital channels like WhatsApp and Facebook.
Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will perform the following duties:
- Order Confirmation: Proactively call customers to confirm new orders, verify delivery details, and answer any immediate product or service-related questions.
- Multi-Channel Support: Manage and respond to customer inquiries, issues, and feedback effectively through WhatsApp and Facebook Messenger.
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Maintain a high level of professionalism and courtesy to build strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Documentation: Accurately enter and update customer and order information in the company's database or CRM system.
- Issue Resolution: Resolve customer complaints efficiently and escalate complex issues to the relevant department when necessary.
Experience : Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in Customer Service
Education : Bachelor's degree (Preferred)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs25, Rs35,000.00 per month
