Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced
Head of Accounts & Finance
to lead our finance department, ensure regulatory compliance, and support the company's financial growth. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of accounting, financial planning, budgeting, and internal controls.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the Accounts & Finance team.
  • Oversee day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger.
  • Develop and implement financial policies, systems, and controls.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Handle budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
  • Ensure compliance with taxation laws, corporate regulations, and audit requirements.
  • Coordinate with external auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities.
  • Provide financial analysis to support strategic decision-making by management.
  • Monitor cost control, risk management, and financial performance.


Qualifications & Skills

  • Master's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CA, ACCA, ICMA preferred).
  • Minimum
    7–10 years
    of experience in finance & accounts, with at least
    3+ years in a leadership role
    .
  • Strong knowledge of accounting standards, tax laws, and corporate finance.
  • Proficiency in ERP/Accounting software (SAP, QuickBooks, etc.).
  • Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
