Job Title: Accounts Head

Pay: Rs. 120,000 – Rs. 150,000 per month

About Us

Haseens is a growing name in the retail and production industry. We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Accounts Head to lead our finance team and manage the complete accounting cycle across both retail and production operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the accounts department and ensure accuracy in financial reporting.

  2. Manage full accounting cycle including receivables, payables, payroll, taxation, and reconciliations.

  3. Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.

  4. Monitor internal controls and compliance with accounting standards.

  5. Collaborate with management to provide financial insights for decision-making.

  6. Manage audits, tax filings, and regulatory requirements.

  7. Implement efficient accounting systems and ERP usage.

Requirements:

a. CA Inter / ACCA qualified (or equivalent).

b. 5+ years of relevant accounts experience in retail and production industry.

c. Strong knowledge of accounting standards, tax laws, and compliance.

d. Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Excel.

e. Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
