About the Role

We're looking for a
Senior Software Engineer
who thrives on
autonomy, impact, and technical mastery
. This isn't a role where you wait for instructions — it's for someone who takes full ownership, delivers consistently high-quality work, and enjoys solving complex engineering challenges.

You'll be building
scalable backend systems
using
Python (Django/FastAPI)
, and optionally
/ TypeScript
. You'll also have access to
Claude Code
and other advanced AI-assisted tools to automate workflows, accelerate development, and focus on what truly matters — creating elegant, efficient solutions.

What You'll Do

  • Design, develop, and maintain
    robust, scalable backend architectures
    using Python (Django/FastAPI).
  • (Optional) Build and integrate backend services using
    and TypeScript
    .
  • Work
    independently
    — plan, prioritize, and execute complex tasks from concept to deployment.
  • Leverage
    AI development tools
    (Claude Code, Copilot, etc.) to enhance speed and code quality.
  • Collaborate closely with
    front-end and product teams
    to ship seamless, production-ready features.
  • Continuously
    analyze, optimize, and improve system performance
    and reliability.
  • Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and contribute to best practices.

Who You Are

  • 5+ years of experience as a
    Backend or Full-Stack Engineer
    .
  • Expert-level proficiency in
    Python
    , with hands-on experience in
    Django
    and/or
    FastAPI
    .
  • (Bonus) Strong working knowledge of

    and
    TypeScript
    .
  • Deep understanding of
    RESTful API design
    , databases, caching, and
    cloud infrastructure
    (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
  • A
    self-starter
    who can take ownership, make decisions, and execute without micromanagement.
  • Experienced in using
    AI-assisted coding tools
    to speed up and enhance development workflows.
  • Committed to writing
    clean, efficient, maintainable

    .
