We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team in the Telecommunications industry. This role will primarily focus on the growth and development of our IT Services projects, including but not limited to CCTV solutions, material supply, and telecommunications services. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the telecommunications landscape, have strong connections with potential clients, and demonstrate exceptional skills in strategic planning and execution. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and formulating effective strategies to secure profitable contracts. This position requires a proactive mindset and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment where innovation is encouraged. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving the company's vision forward and achieving sales targets while ensuring high customer satisfaction levels. Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic business development plans to maximize sales opportunities in IT services projects, CCTV solutions, material supply, and telecommunications.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in line with company objectives through market research and analysis.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to ensure continued business growth.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients to showcase the company's services and solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, project management, and technical support, to ensure a seamless client experience from proposal to project execution.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential threats and opportunities for the company.
  • Achieve and exceed set sales targets and objectives while reporting on performance metrics and business development progress.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Telecommunications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in business development within the telecommunications sector, particularly in IT services and project management.
  • Strong understanding of CCTV technology, material supply chain processes, and telecommunications infrastructure.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence clients effectively.
  • Demonstrated track record of successful sales and meeting/exceeding targets in a competitive market.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
