Abacus is looking for a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as Manager Service Delivery & Digitalization in Lahore.

This role is responsible for overseeing centralized HR operations, driving process automation, and ensuring compliance while enhancing the overall employee experience. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with strong expertise in HR Shared Services, HRIS, and digital transformation.

  • Oversee
    HR Shared Services
    across all business units.
  • Manage
    end-to-end employee lifecycle processes
    including payroll, benefits, promotions, transfers, and exits.
  • Lead
    HRIS administration, reporting, analytics, and automation initiatives
    .
  • Ensure
    compliance with labor laws, taxation, social security, and HR governance
    .
  • Drive
    process optimization, standardization, and digital transformation
    to improve efficiency and employee experience.
  • Define and implement
    Shared Services strategy, governance structures, SLAs, and service catalogues
    .
  • Oversee
    daily HR operations
    ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and consistency.
  • Establish
    case resolution systems and HR helpdesk support
    .
  • Safeguard
    HR data integrity, confidentiality, and compliance
    .
  • Deliver
    dashboards, reports, and workforce insights
    for decision-making.
  • Streamline workflows, reduce redundancies, and embed a
    culture of continuous improvement
    .
  • Manage and develop a
    team of direct reports
    , ensuring performance and engagement.
  • Implement
    automation tools (RPA, chatbots, digital workflows)
    to modernize HR processes.
  • Collaborate with
    Finance, IT, HRBPs, vendors, and regulators
    for smooth operations.
  • Maintain
    audit readiness and governance standards
    .

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (
    Master's preferred
    ).
  • 5–8 years' HR experience, including 2–3 years in a supervisory or team lead role.
