As we continue to expand, we are seeking a skilled IT Specialist to support and improve our technology infrastructure.

Job Summary:

The IT Specialist will be responsible for maintaining the company's IT systems, ensuring network security, supporting production-related software/hardware, and providing day-to-day IT support for staff. This role plays a key part in optimizing digital operations and ensuring smooth business continuity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networks, printers, and other IT equipment.
  • Monitor and maintain LAN/WAN connectivity and ensure stable internet connections.
  • Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues across departments.
  • Implement data backup systems and ensure data integrity and disaster recovery protocols.
  • Manage user accounts, email configurations, and IT permissions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve software issues related to ERP systems, design software (e.g., AutoCAD), and other production-related applications.
  • Ensure cybersecurity measures are up-to-date, including firewalls, antivirus, and system updates.
  • Maintain IT inventory, licenses, and warranties.
  • Liaise with external vendors for procurement and support.
  • Provide training and guidance to staff on IT systems and best practices.
  • Support CCTV and biometric attendance systems maintenance.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar IT role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows OS, networking protocols, and server management.
  • Experience with ERP systems and industrial software is a plus.
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity tools and data protection practices.
  • Problem-solving mindset with strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Working Hours:

Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (or as per factory timings)

Salary:

Market competitive – based on experience and qualifications

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50, Rs80,000.00 per month
