In this role, you will own our YouTube channel strategy end-to-end. You will have the autonomy to directly impact our global digital presence through data, creativity, and proven SEO techniques, seeing the real-time results of your work.

What You Will Do:

  • Own and execute the complete YouTube growth strategy, focusing on SEO optimization for keywords, titles, descriptions, and tags.
  • Increase CTR and viewer retention through systematic A/B testing of thumbnails, titles, and content formats.
  • Develop data-driven content playbooks, managing content cadence and cross-platform repurposing to maximize watch time and subscriber growth.
  • Utilize tools like TubeBudly or vidIQ for competitive analysis and to identify high-opportunity content gaps.
  • Foster community engagement to build audience loyalty and improve key retention metrics.
  • Analyze and report on performance KPIs weekly, including impressions, CTR, average view duration, and subscriber growth.

This Role is a Great Fit For You If You Have:

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in YouTube channel growth or digital marketing, with a proven track record of growing subscribers and watch time.
  • Expert-level proficiency with YouTube Analytics, Google Analytics (GA4), and at least one SEO tool like TubeBuddy or vidIQ.
  • A proven ability to improve CTR and retention through rigorous A/B testing and metadata optimization.
  • Proficiency with content creation tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Premiere Pro.
  • Availability for the full-time, on-site night shift (Monday to Saturday, 6:00 PM – 2:00 AM PKT).
