Short summary

ABS International is hiring a results-driven YouTube Growth Manager to lead overnight channel growth, video SEO, and audience development. You'll own channel strategy, metadata optimization, analytics-driven content decisions, and coordinate production to improve watch time and subscriber growth.

What you'll do (core responsibilities)

  • Build & execute a data-driven content calendar aligned to audience trends and seasonality.
  • Optimize video metadata (titles, descriptions, tags), playlists and chapters to improve search & suggested traffic.
  • Design thumbnail strategies and run A/B tests to improve CTR and retention.
  • Monitor YouTube Analytics (watch time, CTR, retention) and convert insights into content changes.
  • Manage publishing: uploads, timestamps, captions, end screens and cards.
  • Lead community engagement: timely comment moderation, polls, pinned comments, subscriber conversion flows.
  • Coordinate with editors, scriptwriters and designers to meet deadlines and quality standards.

Minimum qualifications

  • 2+ years owning or managing YouTube channels with measurable growth (subscribers, watch time, CTR).
  • Strong Video/YouTube SEO experience and fluency with YouTube Analytics.
  • Familiar with thumbnail design / A/B testing and basic editing workflows (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, Canva, etc.).
  • Comfortable with fixed night shift (6:00 PM – 2:00 AM PKT) and on-site work in Karachi.
  • Good project-management skills (Trello / Notion / Slack or similar).

Nice to have

  • Experience with TubeBuddy / vidIQ / Google Trends / SEMrush for video research.
  • Experience scaling monetized channels (ads, memberships, sponsorships).
