6:00 PM to 2:00 AM (Monday to Saturday)

Are you passionate about creating engaging video content and growing digital audiences? We're seeking a YouTube Channel Manager to oversee content posting, video editing, and performance optimization across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize our YouTube channel for growth and audience engagement.
  • Handle video editing, upload schedules, and SEO optimization for maximum reach and visibility.
  • Manage and coordinate content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other related platforms.
  • Monitor analytics, track performance, and suggest creative strategies to improve viewership and engagement.
  • Collaborate with the creative and marketing team to maintain consistent branding and quality.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in YouTube channel growth and content management.
  • Strong knowledge of YouTube SEO, analytics, and social media trends.
  • Proficiency in video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere, CapCut, or similar).
  • Excellent time management and creativity under tight deadlines.
  • Must be available for the evening shift (6 PM – 2 AM) at our Gulshan-e-Iqbal office.
