Job Overview

ABS International is hiring a results-driven YouTube Manager to lead our channel growth and video SEO strategy. In this on-site role, you will own the end-to-end channel strategy, using YouTube Analytics and SEO best practices to dramatically increase watch time, subscribers, and overall channel performance. This is a hands-on position for a digital marketer who understands YouTube's algorithm and can deliver measurable growth. If you have a proven track record of growing YouTube channels and are available for a night shift, we want to see your results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a data-driven content calendar aligned with audience trends.
  • Perform keyword research and optimize all video metadata (titles, descriptions, tags) for maximum search and discovery traffic.
  • Design and A/B test thumbnails to improve click-through rate (CTR) and audience retention.
  • Analyze YouTube Analytics (watch time, CTR, retention) to make actionable content and strategy adjustments.
  • Manage the entire publishing workflow: upload, chapters, end screens, cards, and captions.
  • Lead community engagement through comment moderation, polls, and subscriber conversion tactics.
  • Coordinate with video editors, scriptwriters, and designers to maintain production quality and brand consistency.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience directly managing and growing a YouTube channel (must provide channel links).
  • Proven experience with Video SEO, YouTube Analytics, and metadata optimization.
  • Hands-on experience with video editing (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) or close collaboration with editors.
  • Strong skills in thumbnail design using Canva or Photoshop.
  • Experience with project management tools like Trello, Notion, or Slack.
  • Full availability for the night shift (6:00 PM – 2:00 AM PKT) and to work on-site in Karachi.
  • A portfolio of work that demonstrates measurable channel growth.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with TubeBuddy, vidIQ, or SEMrush for YouTube.
  • Experience scaling a monetized brand channel.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media, or a related field.
