We are looking for an experienced Human Resource Manager to lead our people operations and help shape the culture of a growing, performance-driven organization. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in recruitment, talent management, performance systems, and HR compliance, along with a deep understanding of HR functions within manufacturing, retail, or hospitality environments.

The HR Manager will report directly to the Business Manager and work closely with department heads to build a strong, engaged, and high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage all core HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, payroll coordination, and employee relations.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, systems, and procedures to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.
  • Drive training and development programs, fostering continuous learning and leadership growth.
  • Oversee compensation and benefits administration in alignment with company standards and market benchmarks.
  • Lead initiatives to strengthen company culture, employee engagement, and retention.
  • Support department heads in organizational planning, manpower forecasting, and talent pipeline development.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, EOBI, social security, and other statutory requirements.
  • Manage HR documentation, performance evaluations, and internal communication channels.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or equivalent.
  • 8–12 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity.
  • Strong background in manufacturing, hospitality, or food & beverage industries preferred.
  • Proven experience in recruitment, performance systems, and HR analytics.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS/ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work strategically while maintaining attention to operational detail.
