About the Role

We are seeking enthusiastic and detail-oriented 
Call Screeners
 to join our expanding Medicare campaign team. As a Call Screener, you will be the
first point of contact
for callers responding to our Medicare advertisements. Your primary responsibility is to
screen incoming calls
, verify eligibility, and ensure only qualified leads are transferred to our licensed insurance agents.

This is a vital role where professionalism, strong communication, and attentiveness to detail will directly impact the success of our campaign.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls from potential Medicare customers.
  • Follow a pre-set
    qualification script
    to determine caller eligibility (age, Medicare status, location, etc.).
  • Accurately record caller details in the system.
  • Politely handle non-qualified calls and guide them appropriately.
  • Transfer
    qualified leads
    seamlessly to licensed agents.
  • Maintain a professional, courteous, and empathetic tone at all times.
  • Meet daily/weekly KPIs for call handling and quality assurance.

Requirements

  • Excellent
    English communication skills
    (both spoken and listening).
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build quick rapport over the phone.
  • Previous call center or customer service experience preferred (but not mandatory).
  • Ability to follow scripts and maintain compliance standards.
  • Comfortable working
    night shifts (US hours)
    .
  • Target-oriented with the ability to perform under pressure.
  • Must be
    on-site
    at our Bahria Town Phase 7, Rawalpindi office.
