Position Overview

As a
Marketplace Seller Intern
, you'll assist in managing our online marketplace presence — including
Facebook Marketplace, Shopify, Amazon, and more
. This role is perfect for someone who's passionate about online sales, customer communication, and digital marketing. You'll gain
hands-on experience
in online retail, listings optimization, and order management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create, manage, and optimize product listings across online marketplaces.
  • Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain and update inventory records and product availability.
  • Support order processing, confirmations, and delivery coordination.
  • Upload and organize product photos, write descriptions, and manage pricing.
  • Monitor marketplace sales trends and report on performance.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team for promotions and campaigns.

Requirements

  • Strong English communication skills (spoken and written).
  • Minimum education: Second-year student or graduate.
  • Must have own laptop and ability to work on-site.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Basic knowledge of online selling platforms (or willingness to learn quickly).
  • Positive, proactive attitude and interest in eCommerce or marketing.
