Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Lead Acquisition Specialist based in Islamabad. The role involves identifying and acquiring leads using strategic market research, managing lead generation programs, and maintaining effective communication with potential clients. Responsibilities include analyzing data to optimize acquisition campaigns and contributing to the development of result-driven strategies to meet acquisition goals. Collaboration and proactive outreach are key aspects of the role.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate data, identify patterns, and optimize lead-generation strategies.
  • Experience in Acquisitions and Program Management for effectively driving and managing lead acquisition initiatives.
  • Excellent Communication skills for engaging with potential clients and fostering professional relationships.
  • Proficiency in conducting Market Research to understand target audiences and industry trends.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive mindset with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience in the digital solutions industry is a plus.
