We are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic International business Development Executive (Female) to join our sales team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving sales, building customer relationships, and contributing to the overall success of our company.

Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Generation:

· Actively engage with potential customers to understand their needs and promote our products/services.

· Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective communication and persuasive selling techniques.

  1. Customer Relationship Management:

· Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.

· Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

  1. Product Knowledge:

· Develop a deep understanding of our products/services to effectively communicate their features and benefits to customers.

  1. Market Research:

· Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.

· Provide feedback to the team on customer preferences and market demands.

  1. Collaboration:

· Work closely with the sales team to achieve collective goals.

· Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Requirements:

  1. English speaking is preferred.

  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  3. Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.

  4. Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.

  5. A positive and energetic attitude.

  6. Knowledge of IT Sales is a plus.

Job Type: Commission

Pay: Rs20, Rs80,000.00 per month
