We're seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to handle customer queries, confirm orders, and generate sales through WhatsApp.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, intermediate/graduate education, and fluency in Urdu and mid-level English.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer queries via WhatsApp in a timely and professional manner
Clear all messages and resolve customer concerns
Confirm orders and update customers on their status
Generate sales and promote products - Provide excellent customer service
Requirements: - Education: Intermediate/Graduate - Language: Fluency in Urdu, mid-level English - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure - Previous customer service experience (preferable)
Must have Good knowledge of Tiktok, Daraz, Facebook, Instagram and Snapchat
Salary Range: PKR 30,000 Basic + Commission
Location: Gulistan-e-Jauhar Block 15
