  • Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean and presentable at all times.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and deliveries.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings.
  • Maintain visitor records and issue visitor passes.
  • Support administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and workflow.
  • Manage office supplies inventory related to the front desk.
  • Handle basic inquiries from clients and staff courteously and efficiently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60, Rs90,000.00 per month
