Job Overview:

We are seeking a meticulous Bookkeeper to manage our day-to-day accounting operations.You will be essential to maintaining our financial records with accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR).

· Perform monthly bank and credit card reconciliations.

· Process payroll and assist with financial reporting.

· Maintain the general ledger and prepare journal entries.

· Ensure compliance and accurate record-keeping.

Qualifications:

· 3+ years of bookkeeping experience.

· High proficiency in QuickBooks ,Zoho and Microsoft Excel.

· Strong understanding of basic accounting principles.

· Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.

· Associate's/Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field is a plus.
