We specialize in store setup, product optimization, and digital marketing across major marketplaces like Amazon, Walmart, eBay, and Shopify. Our experienced team delivers tailored strategies and results-driven solutions for long-term growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
  • Support payroll, benefits, and compliance
  • Develop HR initiatives to drive company growth
  • Foster a positive company culture
  • Outsourcing wholesalers for Amazon, eBay, and Walmart ecommerce operations (training provided)
  • Use our proprietary software for HR processes (full briefing and training provided)
  • Maintain accurate employee records and data
  • Support employee engagement and performance management
  • Identify training needs and provide opportunities

Requirements:

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (not necessarily, but provides an edge)
  • Previous HR experience or internships (preferred)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Basic computer skills (experience with HR-MS or similar systems is preferred, but not required)
