Job Description:

TeeSquare is a socially purposed EdTech enterprise dedicated to providing affordable, empowering, and inclusive quality education in Pakistan through their flagship product 'Team Taleem'.

TeeSquare is looking for a Community Growth Manager who will drive the expansion of Teesquare's learner and partner communities by building strategic relationships, developing partnerships, and executing outreach initiatives. This role blends business development, community engagement, and brand-building to grow adoption of Teesquare's programs and ensure long-term stakeholder satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in community and business development (preferably in social sector but not mandatory)
  • Bachelors in relevant field
  • Passion for leading community-driven growth initiatives
  • Proactive team player skilled in project coordination, stakeholder management and communication strategies
  • Sound understanding of EdTech ecosystem (preferred but not mandatory)
  • Be open to commuting
