Job Description:

Support the Floor Efficiency Manager in tracking presence, discipline, and productivity on the floor to help resolve staff issues promptly and maintain client satisfaction and retention.

Own discipline, presence, and productivity tracking on the floor to resolve 90%+ of staff issues within 48 hours and maintain an environment that protects client satisfaction and retention.

Responsibilities:


• Assist in monitoring login/logout status, attendance, productivity levels, and shift adherence.


• Support the Floor Efficiency Manager in identifying and resolving operational/staffing issues.


• Help prepare staff performance reports and share insights with management.


• Assist in managing conflict, absenteeism, and underperformance by escalating issues when needed.


• Enforce real-time discipline and build a culture of accountability aligned with OKRs.

Requirements:


• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Human Resources, Operations, or a related field (preferred).


• 1–2 years of experience in administrative support, operations, or workforce coordination roles.


• Basic ability to monitor productivity metrics and track staff attendance.


• Good communication and interpersonal skills with willingness to support conflict resolution.


• Familiarity with MS Office tools and basic workforce systems.


• Detail-oriented and eager to learn workforce management practices.


• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work under supervision and support team performance goals.
