Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily floor operations to ensure efficiency and productivity
  • Supervise, train, and motivate team members to meet performance targets
  • Monitor workflow, product quality, and safety standards
  • Coordinate shift schedules and manage staffing needs
  • Handle conflict resolution and disciplinary matters professionally
  • Communicate with management regarding operational needs and team performance
  • Ensure inventory levels are maintained and stock is organized appropriately
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant work environment
  • Implement and uphold company policies and procedures on the floor

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a supervisory or floor management role
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and efficiency
  • Familiarity with health and safety regulations
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends as needed
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)
