Job Overview: Cybologics Solutions is hiring a customer support executive with strong English communication skills to assist our growing client base.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring a high-quality customer experience by providing prompt, professional, and effective support.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer queries via email, phone, chat, and support ticket systems.Provide clear, concise, and accurate assistance in English.
Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues or escalate as needed.Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience and support processes.
Follow up on customer concerns to ensure resolution and satisfaction.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business, IT, communications, or a related field.
Excellent spoken and written English communication skills (required).
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple conversations and tasks efficiently.
Familiarity with help desk or CRM tools is a plus.
A positive, team-oriented attitude and a willingness to learn.
