Job description:

Knowza Learning Solutions, the back-end office of a UK-based company, is hiring a Community and Member Relations Executive for our office located on Jail Road, Lahore. We are looking for a disciplined, results-driven professional to join our growing team.

The role involves supporting community engagement, coordinating between UK and local teams, managing administrative tasks, and assisting with events and outreach—ensuring smooth communication and efficient operations across all channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with members of the Strivex community.
  • Manage online member engagement platforms, respond to queries, and provide timely support.
  • Coordinate between UK-based management and local team for smooth project operations.
  • Assist in planning and organising the annual championship event and other community activities.
  • Oversee administrative and coordination tasks for the Strivex online platform and related operations.
  • Maintain accurate records of member interactions and engagement activities.
  • Prepare reports, schedules, and presentations as required by management.
  • Ensure smooth communication through emails, calls, and digital channels.
  • Manage and update project documentation using Microsoft Office 365 tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint).
  • Support in general coordination for marketing and outreach activities related to the project.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (minimum).
  • Minimum 1 year of professional experience in coordination, communication, or administrative roles.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English is essential.
  • Strong interpersonal, organisational, and multitasking skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
  • Professional, confident, and well-presented personality.
  • Must be comfortable working independently and liaising with international teams.

Office Timing:
Monday to Friday (10:00 am to 6:30 pm)

Please note this is a Lahore based, full-time office job.

Salary:
Rs60, Rs70,000.00 per month
