About the Role

NIFT is hiring fresh IT graduates for NOC Monitoring positions. This entry-level role is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates to start their career in IT operations, network monitoring, and system support within a professional fintech environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor network and system operations in real-time.
  • Identify, escalate, and report incidents as per defined procedures.
  • Assist in ensuring system uptime, service availability, and operational stability.
  • Coordinate with IT teams to resolve technical issues.
  • Maintain logs and prepare monitoring reports.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (fresh graduates encouraged to apply).
  • Basic knowledge of networking, operating systems, or monitoring tools will be a plus.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
  • Willingness to work in shifts (24/7 monitoring environment).
